Warehouse & Equipment Manager

Job description

We are a leading subsea services and contracting company specializing in marine, ROV and diving operations worldwide. To support our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced, technically skilled, and hands-on Warehouse & Equipment Manager to lead our warehouse operations, manage our global asset base and support international projects worldwide.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize global warehouses, equipment, tooling and asset inventories.
  • Develop and implement procedures, policies and roles & responsibilities (R&R).
  • Oversee national and international certification, inspection, maintenance, repair and calibration programs.
  • Coordinate international logistics, mobilizations, demobilizations and asset movements.
  • Lead warehouse personnel, technicians and specialized workshops.
  • Ensure equipment readiness, inventory accuracy, and compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Develop and improve asset management, maintenance and lifecycle processes.
  • Support project teams by ensuring critical equipment is available and operational.


Candidate profile

  • Proficient with modern ERP systems, inventory software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch, both spoken and written.
  • Residing within 50 km of Meer/Hoogstraten (Belgium).
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • Proven experience in warehouse, equipment or asset management within offshore, subsea, marine or industrial environments.
  • Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with logistics coordination, maintenance planning and certification management.
  • Hands-on, proactive and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Good knowledge of hydraulic, electrical and mechanical equipment and tooling.
  • Experience with ROV, diving, offshore or subsea equipment is a strong advantage.
